K-pop artists: official channels, notices and fanclubs

1. Start with official channels

Follow channels linked from the agency’s artist page to distinguish them from similarly named fan accounts or resale pages. Group and individual activities can use different channels, so check the organizer and seller named in each announcement.

This directory links to profiles and public notices. Account registration, fanclub membership and purchases take place on the linked external services under their own terms.

2. Read dates and conditions in event notices

Do not treat a concert listing or notice title as proof of a currently bookable Korean performance. Listings may include past events, overseas shows or online streams. Check the following in the original notice before setting your itinerary.

• Match the event name, year, city, venue, date and session to your travel plans.
• Distinguish publication, presale verification deadline, sale opening and performance time. Check the stated time zone; Korea Standard Time is KST (UTC+9).
• Check that event’s presale application, fanclub eligibility, identity-name matching, age, companion and foreign-issued ID requirements.
• Read corrections, additions and cancellation notices before opening the ticket link, then check again before departure.

3. Check fanclub and merchandise conditions

Community registration, paid membership, presale application, event selection and ticket purchase are separate steps to check. Do not assume buying membership secures a seat or event admission. Before paying, read the eligibility, validity and refund terms for the specific product and event.

For merchandise, check each item’s sales region, currency, delivery destination and expected dispatch date. An online order does not imply collection in Korea. If collection is offered, check the location, time, purchaser identification and rules for collection by another person.

4. Turn confirmed attendance into a travel plan

We recommend confirming your ticket and admission requirements before arranging venue transport, accommodation and airport transfers. Do not build a tight airport connection around an assumed finish time or last train; check official transport timetables.

If you do not yet have a ticket, compare cancellation terms and keep attendance unconfirmed in your itinerary. A Seoul fan route and public cultural spaces can form a separate plan. Artists’ private residences and non-public movements are not travel destinations in this guide.
