Booking order and total cost
Check availability of hard-to-change transport and events before fitting accommodation around them. Distinguish checking availability from completing payment, and keep booking numbers, passenger names and cancellation deadlines together.
Separate transport, accommodation, meals, admissions or activities, connectivity, parking and tolls. Leave an unverified price marked unknown rather than entering zero so uncertainty remains visible.
Seasonal alternatives and your saved plan
Choose one indoor alternative in the same area for each outdoor day. Confirm festivals against that year’s official calendar before booking non-refundable accommodation based on a previous season.
