From an enquiry to a confirmed appointment
- 1. Send your date and Korean time, group size and ages, service and consultation language. Ask whether an interpreter or companion counts toward capacity.
- 2. Confirm the exact branch, floor, practitioner and service time per person. A group’s total duration does not establish individual consultation time.
- 3. Obtain the per-person price and whole-group total, currency, interpretation, options, taxes, deposit, balance and payment method in writing. Distinguish a converted display price from the billing currency.
- 4. Read changes, cancellations, lateness and no-show terms, including the deadline time zone, before paying. Confirm the enquiry, payment and final appointment separately.
- 5. Save the confirmation, map and Korean address, then check preparation instructions. Recheck the language of the booked session rather than the website translation.

What to prepare before visiting
Preparation varies by program. Follow the instructions for your confirmed appointment rather than treating one makeup or clothing rule as universal.

Plan around shopping, photos and performances
KoreaPin itinerary suggestion: if you want to use colour recommendations while shopping, schedule the consultation first and shop nearby. Seongsu and Gangnam are different areas; check actual travel time between branches. For makeup before a show or photo session, separately allow time to finish, change clothes, travel and queue for admission.
Use the same booking checklist in Busan, Jeju, Jeonju, Gangneung and Daegu. The specific examples on this page are in Seoul; do not assume equivalent branches or language services elsewhere. Families should check child participation, waiting arrangements, strollers and lift access with the provider.

A few good questions
Does an English booking page mean the session is in English?
Not necessarily. Confirm the actual date, branch, practitioner, consultation language and included interpretation in your appointment confirmation.
Can I book personal colour, hair and makeup together?
Check the provider’s actual package. A colour consultation does not automatically include a cut, dye, hairstyling or makeup application; confirm each service, its time and any extra charge.
Can I book at the price shown in the table?
No. Cocory’s operator lists KRW 140,000 per person for 60 minutes at Gangnam, while KTO lists a starting price of KRW 80,000. The table compares published guidance on the review date, not live quotes. Confirm the final price for your program, group, language, options and date with the provider.
Can cosmetics bought after a beauty session qualify for a tax refund?
Product refund conditions are separate from the experience service. Check participating shops, buyer eligibility, unopened and unused goods, and export conditions. Do not apply the goods-refund rules to service fees.
